Reseller & Customer Responsibilities:

 

All customers, distributors, and resellers are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable FDA, FTC, state, federal, and international laws

• Proper labeling, storage, handling, and distribution

• Ensuring product descriptions and marketing materials remain compliant

• Verifying legality in their jurisdiction prior to resale

PWD International does not control downstream resale practices and disclaims responsibility for misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliant marketing by third parties.
